We've added a blacklisting feature to our hosted voice service that allows you to block unwanted calls. When someone calls from a blacklisted number, they will hear a recording that caller has been restricted at the customer's request followed by a busy signal. It is not enabled by default so the customer will need to contact us in order to enable it.

The blacklist is manipulated by 3 features codes that can be dialed directly from any phone:

*30 - Add a number to the blacklist

*31 - Delete a number from the blacklist

*32 - Add the last number that called to the blacklist. (You will hear the last caller's number and be prompted to confirm.)

Blacklisting must be enabled on individual numbers separately, however enabled, you will be using one blacklist for all numbers. These features are company wide. For example, if someone else takes a call after the caller you'd like to blacklist, the last number will not be the one that called you. Also, anything you blacklist on your extension also becomes effective on other extensions.
