How to Change Your Billing Method

We give you the flexibility to pay your bill annually, monthly via direct debit, or monthly via standard paper billing. You can choose which method you prefer when you signup or at any time thereafter.

To Change Your Billing Method

  1. Login to the Customer Account Manager,
  2. Click the tab labeled “Account Control,” then click “Change Billing Method.”
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to specify you billing preference. The Customer Account Manager will guide you through all the steps.

Save on Dial-Up Access with Direct Debit or Annual Billing
