If your account is not active, you won't be able to log in to the service, even if your computer is configured properly.

Did You Just Sign Up for an Account?

After speaking with our customer service representatives, it can take up to 30 minutes for your dial-up account to become active. Please wait at least 30 minutes before trying to log in again.

Is Your Account Current?

Periodically, we must disable delinquent accounts if monthly payments aren't received on time. If your account is not current, it is possible that your it has been temporarily disabled to remind you to pay your bill.
