The Solution: Addressing Line Noise Problems

Line noise can originate inside or outside your home or office. To determine where the problem lies, you must contact the phone company providing your local phone service.

The phone company may be able to perform diagnostic tests which will determine if there is indeed a problem on your line. If they locate a problem, they can dispatch a technician to fix it.

To contact your phone company for service repairs, look for the telephone number on your most recent phone bill.

NOTE: If the phone company determines that the problem is caused by the wiring inside your home or office, you will be charged for those repairs. Hubris Communications is not responsible for expenses incurred by you for repairs made to your phone wiring.
