Option 2: Manually Configure Your Computer Windows 95/98

3. Determine which version of Internet Explorer is installed on your computer.
   1. Click the "Start" menu.
   2. Choose "Settings."
   3. Choose "Control Panel."
   4. The Control Panel will open.
      • If you see an icon labeled "Internet," you have Internet Explorer 4 installed.
      • If you see an icon labeled "Internet Options," you have Internet Explorer 5 or higher installed.
4. Follow the correct set of instructions based on your version of Internet Explorer.
   • If you have Internet Explorer 4 installed, follow these instructions.
   • If you have Internet Explorer 5 or higher installed, follow these instructions.
